As a mom, I recognize that we struggle with maintaining a healthy lifestyle because quite often, our children, careers, and various other commitments shift our attention in the opposite direction. As a fitness and wellness educator, I am passionate about focusing on the whole person and showing you simple strategies that will help you create an action plan that promotes holistic and healthy living with Grace & Grit!
My health coaching plan is aimed to guide your life from the inside out, mentally and physically.
Together, we will develop a customized plan that is curated specifically for you. Your customized program will include:

MENTAL CLARITY
ACCOUNTABILITY
During our weekly sessions, we will go over your past week's accomplishments and set goals for the upcoming week. If you ever feel like you need some mid-week motivation, I am just one call/text/email away!
